MrSkippyJ
I can't wait to get better at using this thing! I went and finish my tattoo yesterday, today I spent at the lake (not being able to swim dammit!!!) and I am flying out to Vegas tomorrow. Then as soon as I get back I have a drum corps show to attend then the next saturday I am taking my CCW class. SOOOO EFFING BUSY but I love every minute of it. All this shit I couldn't do when I was married! So yeah Smoke, I am very into learning what I can. I am so noobish when it comes to guns I definitely need some classes like you listed. LT.Smoke
http://www.tacticalresponse.com/courses.php <<< Contact these guys... They are a good school i have heard many people talk about them on some of the other gun forums i am a part of... So give them a ring and tell them you want some training to give you some time behind operating your weapon Team MaxRetribution Si Vis Pacem Parabellum Id rather be judged by 12 than carried by 6 Bowhunting- Life Begins and Ends at Full Draw Bowhunting Team Fatal Trajectory Hunt Team http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/49335-sick96vtecaccords-t-line-build/?hl=sick96vtecaccord << Accord Build http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/68498-smokedout08impalas-tline-build/?hl=+sick96vtecaccord << Impala T-line build Rebassed.com for all your music needs 👌
MrSkippyJ
Damn what is up with the top magazine in the picture, looks like it got hot as hell. Nice purchase minimal recoil and holds a good amount of rounds. Love my .40 Walther P99, would love to own a .45 someday, just most models other than an expensive 1911 just don't fit me as ergonomically as well as my P99. My next one will probably be the Walther PPQ. Regardless I hope you enjoy your new handgun, and most of all take safety as a no.1 priority and take a safety carry course. so about this magazine. I had the ammo jam up in the magazine last time I went shooting. Nothing in the gun itself jammed but the ammo got side by side inside the magazine. Only one magazine did it, we stopped using that one and just used one. I wonder if that one in the picture did get hot somehow and mess it up. Nothing has malfunctioned in the gun itself yet (and there has been about 1000 rounds through it so far). Anyone ever heard of ammo jamming in the magazine like that? Is the magazine fucked? if so it isn't a big deal really. just curious about what to do. ROLEXrifleman
It happens. This is an issue with many double stack mags. Take the mag apart. Something is causing the follower to tilt or bind up. If might even be a kink in the magazine spring itself. Like I said, take the mag apart, give it a good cleaning snd I'm 97% sure it'll do the trick. The other 3% can't be diagnosed over the Internet Rolex you sicken me. MrSkippyJ
You can take mag apart? Ok, will do. LT.Smoke
Yes... On the base plate of your mag there should be a little button in the middle of it... Push it in and slide the plate off... Then the spring will come out Team MaxRetribution Si Vis Pacem Parabellum Id rather be judged by 12 than carried by 6 Bowhunting- Life Begins and Ends at Full Draw Bowhunting Team Fatal Trajectory Hunt Team http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/49335-sick96vtecaccords-t-line-build/?hl=sick96vtecaccord << Accord Build http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/68498-smokedout08impalas-tline-build/?hl=+sick96vtecaccord << Impala T-line build Rebassed.com for all your music needs 👌
MrSkippyJ
Wow, that was easy. It's pretty dirty on the one. I'll get me both apart and cleaned up and see if that does the trick.
