Jskiles
Use behind the seat and extend it and port into the centre console His girlfriend sits in the middle seat seat and refuses to sit anywhere else lol. I was going to build a box for the subs in the center but that's out of the question now. What's wrong with that just tune it to the luck 33 and let her sit there Hey that's not a bad idea lol. Jskiles
I was just worried about the incline of the seat back being closer than 7" Trucks are such PITA to do installs on. Nothing ever fits like you think it will. If all else fails and you just cant get the sub in and get the depth you need see if he will entertain the thought of removing some plastic panels from the back wall of the truck and using the back of the cab as a back wall. I mean if you use a bunch of deadener and mayb...... no, ignore that, I'm getting ahead of myself. Best of luck with this. I can't stand working on trucks unless they're extended, king, or quad cab lol. My other choices to him was 1. Ditch the subs and find some shallow mount subs to help with the space issues or 2. Ditch the subs and do a blowthru. I almost had him talked into # 2 but he's just not into bass as much as I am Quote 2010 Kia Forte Koup (Slow Build) 2 Sundown SCV-3000D 2 DC XL M1 with PSI reconesFocal R-165s2 on Orion 4800-HPKenwood KDC-X798Knukonceptz OFC 1/0Audiotechnix,Fatmat and Q-mat Deadener XS power D3400 up front 3 D3100s power in trunkStock 110 amp alt 2013 Scion TC 2 Dc lvl 3s with xl coils on Soundqubed 2200 Sundown components AA 50.2 for components Pioneer FH-X700BT Knukonceptz OFC 1/0 Fatmat and Q-mat Deadener XS Power D3100 up front D925 in back Mechman 240 alt http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/189911-2013-scion-tc-build/ <Scion TC Build http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/174094-jskiles-forte-koup/ <Slow Kia Forte Buildhttp://www.stevemead...ockUserAgent__1 < Old build 2005 Equinox

CleanSierra
Your height and depth are wrong on the measurements for that truck. What you REALLY have is 5" top depth, 8-9" bottom depth, 56 between B-pillar panels, and 14-14.5" height(puts you below trim panel). Also, if you were to use the depth of 7", you would NOT be able to put the center console down. It needs room to swing behind the seat which with 7" you would not have. john253a
if i were you idd cut a piece of wood to simulate the side of box and try it, so you can get the biggest box possible, this is what i built for a 4door truck behind the rear seat last time, for 2 sealed slimline 12's sealed Edited July 10, 2012 by john253a
Jskiles
Thanks for the help guys. I'm going to see if I can get another look at his truck and come up with something else. I know I can adjust the passenger side as much as I want but I just don't know how it would sound to the driver if the sub was on the passenger side.
