Someone said something today... It needs to be repeated

Recommended Posts

"My job is being a father and spending time with my family. Work just pays the bills."

Not sure about you guys, but there is quite the opposite around me. Lots of folks tend to put work before family.

Just something I felt was worth saying again :)

I agree with what was said. You should always spend time with your family and work to support that family, but someone once told me that if you enjoy what you do you wont work a day in your life.

Spot on.

I've taken this line from a guy I work with as well. It really came home with the wife and I had a kid. :D

You have a beard of a mysterious sea captain. I would follow you to hell and back.

Anther quote that has stuck with me at least is this one time a homeless guy came into my work and ordered a coffee. When I was done I said have a great day and his response was "everyday is a great day if your alive to live it" coming from someone who has nothing it makes you appreciate what you have more. Which goes along with appreciating your family and putting them before work.
