The door panels are off at paint right now. I decided to fab up the a pillar tweeters when I got home from work. I have to say I really like how they came out.

Amp: SPL Dynamics 4 Channel, 1,200 Wrms output for doors, new amps coming for subs

So Far: 149.9db @30hz

The port is WAY too short to have any real output down low right now. I'm going to let it be for this show this weekend and then start playing with it next week. Probably going to bend the port and get it long enough to get low enough to satisfy me.

Definately won't have the same SPL with lower tuning but gotta love sub 30hz waves!!

Nope, the 4 channel was a class d amp and it never got warm. The T1500-1 had cooling fans integrated into the seat with air ducts to direct air up through the heat fins. Ran cooler than a normal mounting position.
