DNCO Posted January 7, 2008 Report Posted January 7, 2008 Sub will go in a ford explorer. Are the box designs on the website really the best for the sub? Would a t-line work for this sub? Port area of 94.985 caculated, port length of 7.0625' caculated.
andym85 Posted January 7, 2008 Report Posted January 7, 2008 i wouldnt say the designs are the absolute best for the sub...each sub will react differently with different vehicles and in different enclosures....it would take a lot of testing to find the 'perfect' spl box...and anyways...everybody has their own idea on what the best box is for daily driving...what some people might like the sound of, others might hate... look at another topic stickied at the top of this section about tlines... i likes me some audio stuff...

DNCO Posted January 8, 2008 Author Report Posted January 8, 2008 Sounds good, BigPimpin said that my caculations for a t-line would be 13*7 port approx. 7' long. I just was curious if this type of enclosure would work for a DD 9512 or not.
