kogwanted Posted July 14, 2012 Report Share Posted July 14, 2012 Ok so I bought a new car but kept all my audio I got a 15 inch woofer that played perfect in my other vehicle I didnt change any settings on my amp or cd player but my sub seems to get hot now which it never did before and I'm not running it any harder any ideas? But I would guess your new car's alt & battery aren't giving your amp the voltage it needs.
