b.knue
What is the smallest enclosure i can have, the tuning of the enclosure, how much port area do i need and should i get a 2k or a 2.6k amp running clean power to the sub? I will have stock power and 2 extra batts for the time being until i can purchase an alternator. I've never dealt with these subs and was wandering if anyone had some advice for a rookie. SnowDrifter
I'd say no smaller than 3.75 cubes. Tune ~36 with 55 sqin of port. Get a 2.6k amp for sure ~~~~~~~~SAY NO TO PHOTOBUCKET~~~~~~~~ Snow's DD-1 tracks here: https://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/167433-snows-dd-1-tracks/ My take on OFC vs CCA: https://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/110381-things-that-piss-you-off-in-the-car-audio-world/?do=findComment&comment=2461444

AMI CUSTOMS
Smallest I would do is 3.7 cube net with alot of port tuned to around 38 hz, I am talking 18-20 sq inches of port per cube and go with a 2.6k amp.
