trouble with box size and port

i have 2 kicker solobaric 15s in 6 cubes a piece with 2 ports. size 3 1/2"w 16 1/2L 13 3/4 Deep . need some expert advise on what is the best air space n port size and design to get the most bag for buck . i think there is a better set up than what i have them in is because when i jam them up there isnt much air flowing out of port. figured i have them in to much air space r ports wrong . ( the box n port were built to kickers specs )

You have them in the minimum recommended net volume, don't expect the best performance specially from these subs, if you don't have the space just get subs that work in smaller volume like the Sundown Zv3. Also if your ports are not breathing right then that will be even worse. Look for a net volume 4.5-5 cubes per sub net to see what they can do.

i think u misunderstood me they are in 6 cubes each with displacement. to be exact the box is 13 1/2 cubes . dont get me wrong they do thier thing i just think i can get more out off them buy playin with the port and air space. any suggestions

Ok a piece, sorry, the next thing is that it seems your port area seems really low but it would be best if you provided the vehicle and amp models, list your electrical upgrades if any and the box details, the external dimensions, your aimings of port and subs, if possible a pic of the box.

let me get this

L715 in 6cuft net

port is 16.5"h x 3.5"w x 13.75" d(or long) that should put you around 34hz

in 6cuft net you port should have been 16.5"h x 6"w x13.75" (42hz or longer for a lower tune)

myself i liked my l7 at 37hz as i got the best of both, i ran mine with 90sq" of port in 7net on 1k

i wouldn't recommend less then 90" each
