Not to mention you would have to pay for a expensive bracket to fit 2 alternators on it which start at $300 alone, or fab one up yourself which will cost you a lot of time. 1 of my alternators alone sells for $1149, while my other 2 alternators on the same truck sell for $675, plus an additional $290 for the bracket to mount all 3 alternators. $350 seems rather cheap after totaling up almost $3grand worth of alternators and bracket in my truck...
