sweet&low Posted July 27, 2012 Author Report Share Posted July 27, 2012 Then it went into the body shop for about 2 weeks. Window was leaking and all the spot welds on the front of the car were broken. So I had it braced and fixed. It has a piece of 1"x1"x1/8" angle iron running the length of the roof and then that was boxed in with 3 layers of 1/8" Plate steel. The window lip is about a 1/4" thick and all welds are solid or plug welded. They also rewelded the second brace back on. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Then filled it with r13 Home insulation to make the enclosure to the Selenium 8s.
