bassaddiction
what about round ports
graham0599
To be honest the sub displacement is an estimate. If it's off though, it would onlt be by a couple hundredths if so. bassaddiction
thanks man. if i go with the slot port should i put the angles, fiberglass, brace and all that shit, would this help for now i was thinking two 4 inch pices of pvc on the out side of the box i have now and i will just seal the port up that box lol bc i want to take my time with the new box and make it as loud as possible, hopefully i can break 130db that would be bad ass
graham0599
I would always brace. Fiberglass and 45's cant hurt but i usually don't. Just make sure the wood seals. Wood glue, Predrilled holes, and screws is what i do. I'd just do a couple dowels from side to side on the sides that are 16x30 My 350z build- http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/174424-2008-350z-build/page-2?hl=%2B350z+%2Bbuild#entry2605678
