45 degree angles in the box for bracing

This is what I came up with. It's not enough volume, not bracing, and max dimensions. If anyone else has suggestions then post. I think you should bump it down to 2 15's

Well here is a suggestion but I had to change a bit your dims:

Enclosure Specifications:

Fb = 35.4 Hz

Vb = 11.85 ft^3

External Height = 25 in

External Width = 44 in

External Depth = 29 in

Port Height = 4 3/4 in

Cut Sheet List:

* All Dimensions in Inches.

* Wood Thickness is 3/4 for all Parts.

External Enclosure Parts:

2 x Top & Bottom (3 parts) = 44 x 29

Left & Right Sides = 27 1/2 x 22 3/4

Front & Back = 44 x 22 3/4

L Port Internal Assembly Parts:

Front to Back = 21 3/4 x 42 1/2

Assembly guide (generic dimensions):

Don't do the flush mount shown.

Any changes comments or questions, let me know.
