Help Me, Please!!

I just got done building a box that will go in the back seat of a 2012 Dodge Ram and I think I may have a problem.

Here's a few pictures of the box

I was gonna do the port facing towards the roof of the truck and the sub facing towards the front of the truck on the opposite side of the box. But with the sub being in that location and the port being so long the end of the port and the basket of the sub will be almost touching when it's mounted. So my question is should I go ahead and put it by the end of the port or just make it port and sub both facing towards the roof? Any input is appreciated!

Now that is done like that port/sub facing up.

Looks like sub/port up is gonna be your best option. But may doing a double or triple baffle could raise the woofer motor enough to give you the clearance you need. MAYBE!!!

I'll just do sub and port up. Should I put the sub on the side opposite of the port or next to the port?

put the sub on the same side as the port .. thats what i would have done .. and add some reinforcement in there
