should i make a ground or use the rear strut tower for a ground? i was gonna use a self taping screw with a star lock washer and make a ground, its really thick metal, right beside the seat belt bolt. what do you guys think?

I always used strut tower..just sand it down to bare metal..I've never had a problem

just take one of the nuts off the strut tower and put the lug on that. thats what i've done.

this seems to be a very good ground but wanted to get some input..im gonna re-do my ground bc the wire and solder moves when i wiggle it

so the solder is not attched to the termianl so i assume that is not a good thing, so gotta fix that

after i saw the amount of resistance i eliminate when i do a negative run from battery to amplifier, there´s no way i´ll ever ground an amplifier to a bolt or the frame, just saying that´s a very nice choice you can make :)

How long was your ground from the amp to battery though?

not much, maybe about 20" at the most in my explorer, and about 10" in my buddy´s kia rio, those are the 2 cars i´ve tested about this thing in the last couple of months, before that, i did test a few other cars and always gained :)
