Honestly I think Sheena is sold on DC so I doubt he will change his mind it will be good to see someone give the 270 a chance and it appears he doesn't mind being our guinea pig. Atleast it will answer a lot of questions in the end. 2013 Dodge Charger Build Log 1996 Ford Explorer XLT 5.0Build Log 2005 Honda Civic LX Coupe Build Log SMD SUPER SELLER!!!!My Selling Feedback

binks.333.binks
really? i wouldn't think are alts would be that different. I may ask him about that because I don't see why he wouldn't be able to do the 280amp for the r18 too?

I may ask him about that because I don't see why he wouldn't be able to do the 280amp for the r18 too? i dont know why any of these companies dont list their FULL LINE of alternators to possible customers. especially when in the email i say i need over 200 amps... and he says 175.. i was like lol ok. 09 Civic EX KDC-X395 (2) SKAR Audio VVX-12 Skar Audio SK-1500.1 4 cu ft @32 (new box and more port soon) Firing Forward not sealed off Stock 80 Amp Alt Big 3 In 1/0 Knu 2 Runs To The Back 1 Pos 1 Neg In 1/0 Knu DD-1'd 13.8v drop

Sheena
Hello Cody The upgraded unit that I offer for your vehicle is a 185A. This alternator is a direct bolt on design for your vehicle and would be plug and play (the factory plug would go into it like the OEM unit) This alternator includes my overdrive pulley to boost the idle output (this will spin the alternator faster at low RPMS to boost idle output by around 30 to 40A more (120-130A idle @ 800rpms). The total price on this unit shipped w/ my lifetime warranty on labor is 419.
