severancej
I have my rockford fosgate T500-1bdcp wired to one ohm probably 700rms it had a 800w birthsheet but I dont have 14.4v. So that amp is hooked to 2 sundown E series 12's. I have kicker 12 gauge for the speaker wiring about 10ft total. Is this sufficient for the equipment I have? n8ball2013
i would think so. ive seen 12 gauge ran on far more power. its not nearly as critical to run oversized speaker wire as many people think. does it ever get hot to the touch? severancej
Nope the amp gets warm and the dust cups do too but only warm. The wiring isn't ever warm. Tim Lam
12awg speaker wire is fine for that application.

Tim Lam
Why kinetik batteries Tim? IMO i think they are priced fairer, they are very powerful batteries and have great simple designs

severancej
They recommend the d2700. It fits my model truck and will b more than enough to power my system. About 350$$ ouch. I hope too see some stable voltage numbers maybe even a solid 14, that would be sweet!!
