Mikey Bates
So i have a DC lvl 4 18 m2. D2. powered by an american bass hd 3500. my voltage drop is pretty bad so i figure its getting around 1200 clean. on DC's website they rec. 6 net cubes. its 1400rms, and its underrated. since its only getting 1200ish. how big should my box be? basically how much does .25 and .5 cubic feet matter in ratio to under or over powering a sub? how to determine that

john253a
turn the gain down, until they voltage is more stable, fix your wiring then worry about the rest
Joe X
Electrical system upgrades and good wiring, a bad electrical may kill the sub at some point. Engage the subsonic filter to 30Hz and that will reduce the current draw and may improve sound quality for now.
