You solder and heatshrink the wires and tubing inside the house or garage.. and then simply plug in the harness.. and youre golden. If I thief wants a HU bad enough, I highly doubt that a dozen of tiny 16 awg wires are going to hold him back. WORST DECISION EVER..... now every time i wanna change up my h/u i hafta cut and crimp inside the dash..... no fun. i just got the stock plug with like 8 inchs wire from a donor car and a harness attached already so im gunna do that today to save myself from having to recrimp and such and make the stock wiring any shorter....
