Best Build for 8 Cu Ft?

I'm currently working on my new project car, a 1988 Porsche 944 Turbo.

I've got as much performance out of this car possible without breaking the bank, now to work on audio.

the car has a luggage volume of 12 cu ft but I'll limit the build to 8. I'll need some space for college projects and what not.

the cars interior volume is 62 cu ft, if it matters.

I'm not experienced in box building, and I don't want to purchase a box since most of them are poorly built and doesn't meet the subwoofers specs.

im working with one RE MT 10", yet to have an amp.

it would be great if anyone could provide me with a box design, and choices for amp and deck.

you started as the right place, and you've save on many peoples first mistake, with that comment,

post your measurements,

what options did you take with the MT, as that will determine amp and box

it wouldn't be my choice, musically as it very low in that departments, if you havent already got it idd look else where or a different model
