Maxim
How do all the computer repair and builders have the patience for this. So freaking slow I may be too impatient lol. If the drive has issues booting into Windows and won't get into safe mode and I suspect a virus I pull it and run a scan from another machine. Saves the time of trying to work on the issue from the machine having issues. Quote wtf is lolcats? I'd def get a fat hooker if i had to resort to that kinda thing. I feel like they'd be grateful and work harder. Also its more bang for my buck, more real estate for my dollar if you catch my drift. its like the Costco of streetwalkers. I was hoping for 150 . I was hoping she would let me put it in her butt
dog24fret
Yea thanks guys I got a hold of acer last night. After getting mad cause they don't speak or understand English. I told him I would call back after being on the phone for thirty min for him to repeat everything. Then I called back got someone who understands and told him what everyone helped with and the codes were. Hard drive crashed due to defect of missing hardware and software programming. What ever or how ever that happens is beyond me lol. Sorry for the long post just wanted to inform you guys how much the help I got on here was easier than calling the company was. beaker
If you throw the drive in another machine you should be able to still run a check on it and recover your data. Let me know if you need help with it.
dog24fret
I hopeing that would've worked but it didn't. I made a 80 mile round trip for notta . They said something about a missing sector and damaged something wont allow data transfer. Still charge me $65 to tell me that. If you or anyone has the patience to explain what all that meant I would be grateful. Hopefully I can avoide this again. Thank you sir. beaker
You can repair the sectors on the drive in another windows machine using chkdsk /r and you should be able to transfer the data.

Raptorman
Error 7B BSOD is RAID/HDD issue. It can easily be fixed in the BIOS. Go to storage options in the BIOS when you start up the computer. It should say like F2 or DEL for Setup, do that. Go to something that says Storage or something similar. Look for something that says IDE mode, or AHCI Mode, or Native IDE or Legacy IDE. Change those around until it boots. Edit: I am far too lazy to read through the pages of talk about this to see what has already been stated/tried. But that's my two cents.
