mikelbolton Posted August 3, 2013 Author Report Share Posted August 3, 2013 So an update to last night: I took and cut a template for the couplers, and used that to enlarge the port holes on the enclosure. Just a mock fitting: I clamped the template in place for each port and cut away. A test fit Sprayed them black... We managed to pull a 143.7 Db and take best in car class. The 143.7Db was at 56Hz. The SPL ports should be tuned around 47. I know the setup has more in it, but I had deleted all the test tones off my USB and the song I used was way high for our tuning... I'll be tinkering with this and run to Wires in the upcoming week or so to try again...
