Need Input On What To Use For Making A Home-made Subwoofer Dust Cap

I was thinking of hot glueing a DVD onto there....?? Covering up the hole in the middle of the DVD.

Would that work? It's just for now until I can order some new subs. (two Sundowns)

Any suggestions on what would be better?

Just wondering cause I probably won't be able to get the Sundowns for another 2-3 months...

Main reason is the pole vent noise.
