How loud have you got off a single 12?

Ok, here. 2010 Mustang Gt.

DC lvl 5 12/DC 3.5k, sub up port back-139.9 @33hz(?) dash legal

DC lvl 6 12/DC 7.5k, sub and port forward-143.8 @ 32hz dash legal, 146.xx @34ish hz on dash, driver door open, 143.xx @ 26hz on dash, door open.

DD 3512/SAZ3000D, sub up port back- 139.8 @ 33hz dash legal (amp fucked up)

AA Mayhem 12/SAZ3000D, sub and port forward- 141.8 @ 32 dash legal (amp fucked up)

On Saturday, testing the Mayhem on a good SAZ3500, hope for a 143.

Cool cool I'll let you guys know how the single 12 fairs and I wasn't trying to thread jack I was simply inquiring about the position for a single twelve to make it louder

Build and test is your best bet...

So lows have lower spl?

Lower peak is usually harder to score high on the meter. But its all vehicle, equipment, and box dependent. SSSOOOOOO many factors.

^^ Fixed lol.... unless we're talking about MECA, sealed at the dash is usually louder with higher frequency.
