I might double up the port for extra strength, haven't decided yet. Here's the box Outside shell done, and of course I just remembered I was wanted to cut the port opening FIRST, but of course in a rush I put it on.. O well. Hoping to pick up some resin and fiberglass on Monday from a local company. It's supposed to work pretty well and is pretty cheap. About $12 for 60". It threads into mounting flanges and then it's solid. Flipped my batteries around so that the positive side is on the bottom, and negative on top. No more arc'ing on the back of my seat!
