This van has the worst speaker placement ever.They are in the bottom of the door firing at the side of the seats.So time for change is here.Going to give the fiberglass a shot.And off we go.....

Thanks guys this is going to be a minor build.Just the pods for now its actually going to be practice for the sub box in the trunk of the 94 mustang convertible my son owns.I'm going to upgrade his stereo(for when he gets back this fall from his Asscracistan tour of duty)with parts of my mustangs current stereo. and that build is actually still practice for whats to come in my mustang rebuild.

Fiberglass done now on to kitty hair and gold filler.Man fiberglass is a PITA.

a little trick i use to keep the filling part to a minimum is to reinforce with f.g. matt on the inside... looking good so far. you gunna paint or try to cover them?

thanks i used matt on the inside one layer (very hard to reach due to the supports i used)and cloth on the outside one layer and poured extra inside the bottom and let it run into the edges for extra support. I'm going to paint them white to match the van, the steel above the door panel is exposed on these
