qcbangin
Im not sure. It just says 6 volts on it. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but brand new 12 volt batteries are never exactly 12 volts, right?
Pro7
Yeah that's right about 12v but idk about 6v 12v bats rest ideally at 12.6 since each of the 6 cells are designed to rest at 2.1 I've gotten a blowjob and picked up my iphone behind her back to see what email notification I got from smd before
qcbangin
I'm not sure either. But if they are the same, then the dmm is most likely not off. The reason I worry about this is because I'm running a small hifonics amp and an ivx 15. Don't want to damage anything. If dmm isn't off and I am idling @ 15volts, then I've got to be getting more voltage while driving since it will be revving at higher rpm's. Am I right on this or not? TylerParrish
well 14.7 (what my car idles at), + 0.6 = 15.3, so if that battery is exactly 6 volts, that DMM could technically be off What the f**k is an appropriate signature supposed to look like?2013 Kia Forte Koup Pioneer AVH-X4600BT iDMax 12 DD M1c @ 2 ohms Rockford Prime 200.2 Pioneer 6.75" Comp Set XS S3400, D2700 Project DB Battery Terminals Axxess ASWC Stinger HPM Everywhereeee 90 Sq. qcbangin
If it is a Lincoln thing, and I'm truly idling at 15 volts, when it comes time to upgrade to more power, would I be able to just run stock alt and extra batt on about 2000rms? rockFord_Expedition
Probably not, not if it's only 95amps. I still want to know what your battery tests at with nothing hooked up. Do you get much voltage drop at full tilt? Old School/New School RF Build March 2015 SOTM Winner How to crimp large wire
qcbangin
Not really. The lowest I've seen it get is 14.9, but I'm only running a 500 Watt amp right now. And I'll unhook everything tomorrow and check it. I'm going to try to get a different dmm, too.
rockFord_Expedition
If the dmm is good, maybe a bad voltage regulator? Old School/New School RF Build March 2015 SOTM Winner How to crimp large wire
