Sub wiring question

Take your time and do your homework before you buy things. Dont rush. I have been peiceing my stereo together since january. I finally installed yesterday. And i already want more. Your gonna mayne need a extra battery to. And 0gauge wire which is expensive.

I have two batteries and 0 gauge running to the back. I don't want to skimp on anything because this car is a show car and driver. But sometimes I need to temporarily skimp because of money shortage. I believe what I build will sound great with the right tuning which I have a multichannel Oscilloscope and wiring/ electronics experience.

And are you gonna run fuses or breakers. What brand wire.is your 0 gauge?

Hey op,

Short answer to your question is yes you can run it that way, but you shouldnt for several reasons The advice you are getting is right, a mono amp woud be best BUT at the end of the day it's your setup so if you insist on doing it your way then this is how I would do it:

Get two "Y" splitters, one female to two male. Run the left channel to one amp, then hook up those channels to your left sub.

Do the same thing with the right channel, split the signal and hook it up to the other amp, then the right sub

Make sure you know what youre doing as far as ohm loads on the amp, bridging, etc

If you become more open to suggestion you will get better results than you will by doing it your way.
