MUST BE IN A VEHICLE (SUV, Car, Truck) not in a house, golf card, wheel barrel, airplane, boat, wheelchair, dirtbike, 4 wheeler ect...(unless themed)" My scooter is a motor vehicle that drives on the road and you must have a drivers license to operate it.
