have you ever messed with the rca's with the h/u on? if so my bet is the pico fuse that pioneer uses. i had a grounding sound coming from my subs and when i tapped onthe rca's it would get worse and so i replace the rca's only to find out that it wasnt the issue did the pioneer pico fuse fix and it works great now.

but how it could be pico fuse if it does the sound even with out the RCAs...

I checked online about the pico fuse and its gettin bad when you plug rcas with the power on what i did when i messed up the channels.. Any other ideas?

Your head unit might be grounded out.
