Knu KCA

Just noticed it is only 1.95 a foot. I only need it to add another battery in the trunk(maybe 4 5ft runs). Anybody have any con's to this wire before I get it?

My experience is with 4 gauge on my old setup and the 0/1 on a friends car I installed. It is oversized and difficult to fit in ring terminals or lugs that aren't from KNU. I had to do the safety wire trick to get all my connections on. That is the ONLY con lol...and not really much of a con because they have a higher strand count than other wire.

Safety wire trick? You mean twisting it like safety wire?

All Knu is a bit oversized. Not an issue.

it seems like very good wire. i dont really think that it would make a big difference if u got ofc. im actually gonna b ordering some of the knu cca 1/0 to do the big 3 an a few runs to the back. seems excellent for the price.

It's oversized CCA with a good price tag, it will do right by you. I'm a bit biased because Knu is my favorite (well, next to 2/0 welding and marine cable) but I can say it is excellent for the price. I have a ton of Knu CCA 4 gauge in my current build and it rocks!
