I prefer silver tinned wire so my go to is stinger HPM or kicker hyper flex(my fav) on sonic electronix. Batteries Big alt There will be lots of wiring involved and you can't get away with crappy wiring You need to put thought into your mids/highs Fuses - not optional How will you set your gains? What about basic structural reinforcement? Depending on the car, you can certainly start breaking things. 14ga wiring won't cut it going to the subs anymore either. How about security? You don't want someone stealing your expensive amp now do you? How about basic tools? I live in an apt and having a saw, trying to cut some boards for a box? Not happening. Yeah, obviously do it in the parking lot but way too crowded. Feels like everyone comes home and stays home. Never leave. Hell, was doing some sound dampening and about 20 people looked at me, 5 stopped and asked what the problem was. "Ain't no problem, just adjusting things" lmfao. You'd be surprised how often the little things can set you back from doing a build like this, even if you do have the experience and electrical to back it all up.... Have someone to build me a good box and hadn't 8 gauge wire for the subs.he also has a dd1 our o scope or whatever its called....... Just was wondering what wire would be best and how many runs if it.was just trying to save some money haha.
