Either way, unless SQ is being made the goal, 27 Hz is way to low in my opinion. If you had TONS of cone area like Sanitarium, you could maybe pull off a low tune like that and move some crazy air. A single 15" would be such a better sounding and musical setup around 33-35 Hz Im not the one you want to try to troll. Just a fyi for you.

I would just go ahead and guess it was the RE calc, which has been known to be off. Although I would agree, 27hz is on the low side for most people.
