Alt Whine Issue

Well I just recently encountered some very noticable alt whine on my mids and highs, the amp is a hifonics zxi80.4 running a pair of infinity 4" mids and tweeters for the time being, anyways, this came out of nowhere, I have the big 3 done up front, two runs of 1/0 from front to back, one positive and one negative going to my rear battery, the highs amp is grounded straight to the rear battery. I checked all my grounds and they are all solid, I grounded my rca's to the headunit and grounded the headunit properly, i'm kinda stumped on what it can be as it came out of nowhere, when I start my car in the morning the noise is there but after 1-3 min it will go away completely, i'm uploading a video right now demonstrating what it's doing, anyways I sound kinda stupid in the video because I repeated the same thing a few times and yada yada anyways let me know what you think could be the problem.

My kenwood whines too, have you disconnect the rca cables while the radio was on?

Ground your amp to the frame in back. You say the amp ground right now goes from amp>rear bat>front bat>?

yeah and it goes away, so i'm guessing the issue has to do with the amp or the rca's, hoping it isn't a messed up amp

yeah the amp is grounded straight to the rear battery bank which is grounded by the front battery which is grounded to the chassis and the alternator with the big 3.

I think in theory your amp ground is ok, but you're relying on a lot of corrections and a long run. If everything is solid as you say, I would shorten the run. Did you meter your front bat and your rear bat at idle?

Are you rca's on the opposite side of the power wire? If you unplugged your rca's while the radio was on, you could have blown a pico fuse, dunno if they are in the kenwoods. I would check the rca's, mine if you push them in all the way where its flush with the metal on the radio, it goes away.

they are on the opposite side, i don't think the kenwoods have the pico fuse like pioneers, anyways I would check to see if it's the rca's ground coming undone but the alt whine always goes away after about 1-3 min, that's why i'm a bit confused, i've been told that electrical issues like these don't just go away and come back without figuring out the problem, once the issue is there you have to solve it or else it will stay like that, at this point i have no clue what can cause this.

re check the ground on your head unit.
