KenC210
Alright so i am planning a rebuild in my 07 escape so i am needing some help. Just wondering how are these specs to the box. I would like a dual slot port just unsure if i did the specs right. Here are the pics. ear2ear
Torres is not going to figure the port volume correctly for a dual slot port. You will have to pretend it's half your box - and know how to fudge the numbers. 41 / 2 = 20.5, but you'll have to add .75 for the width in torres, so 21.25". Also check the box "sub upward" so torres figures your extra baffle on the correct face. ear2ear
Yes your numbers in torres now match the picture you posted. If you're asking about the actual specs of the box, you'll need to list subwoofer model, amp model, music preference. Then someone can comment if the port area is too low or anything else. One problem with doing a dual port is that they end up kind of skinny. Your port ratio is about at the max.
