I have a 2003 Pontiac Sunfire and I am putting in two RE Audio SE-X 15's with a Hifonics HFI 1500 watt amp ill be running the subs at 1 ohm... Questions are what gauge wire should i do for my amp, will i have to upgrade my battery or alternator the alternator is 105 amp and a stock battery, and lastly what gauge wire should i do for the Big 3.

Yes you need to. 0 gauge wherever you can. Upgrade your battery for sure, possibly 2. 1500 RMS amp? Might not need an alt... depends on if you play full tilt long. If you do/want to, then yes. But if no and you keep it down, then should be fine. If lights start dimmin or voltage drops, then yes. But upgrade those batts and I don't think you'd necessarily NEED an alt. Would be beneficial without a doubt.

Big as you can get. I know that helps none but typically, people get the same size battery as they have already for under the hood, since most don't wanna do a custom battery tray or can't cause of room. Then the other one, they usually go with the biggest they can afford or get.

Big 3 1/0

Kineitk or xs power in the back

Maybe a front battery

That amp doesn't put out rated man

That sounds so much cheaper haha :)

The hifi will do like 1k.

You can get away with just big 3 in 0/1 with stock battery. If you want overkill or are beefing up, add/upgrade a battery/alternator.

Unless you plan on upgrading in the future, 4 gauge power/ground should handle the amperage from that hifonics quite easily.

You don't need 2 batteries for 1k-1.5k. Do big 3 and runs to the back in 1/0 and you should be fine. If not, an upgraded front battery should be fine.
