just got the alt in and was she huge lol. tight squeeze but still fits. anyways, i was wondering if i needed to put a ground on that top bolt of the alt. my stock one doesnt have a ground bolt like that so, does that mean its already grounded to the engine block? thanks for the answers. and if it means anything i drove around without anything hooked to the ground of the alt.

The negative ground stud needs to go directly to the negative of the battery. with the same 1/0g size power wire you used for the positive stud to positive on battery.
