SoundFreakk Posted February 7, 2013 Author Report Posted February 7, 2013 Udate on my psu's Before I continuiy on the iphone holder, did a new fiberglass layer on iphone holder though and going to mill it around saturday. so more updates on that later this weekend. I got my psu's in that I'm going to use for the sub amplifier. I got me 3 ps3 phat(old version) psu's these are designed for heavy duty since the ps3 phat was a killer machine, lot of voltage drops and power in that thing. They managed to nerve that down A LOT with the later generations. The thing is these psu's they work ALOT better then a pc psu. I needed to solder some stuff on the psu's and add some wires to it to make it work for how I want to use it. Isn't hooked up yet but here a couple pics of what I had to do to make them work. This needs to be done in order to let the psu power up. This needs to be soldered to a adapter that can be connected to the powersocket. The wires where the DC power goes through and added. All the leds are in there and connected. next I made all the screws invisible with bodyfiller(no pic after sanding sorry forgot LOL) anndd here we go putting primer and paint on it.
