Your opinions on my plans with sa 8's.Is this better?

I am going with either the e8 in a ported box. Or if I can get them before wife's b-day sa8's. I will go close to specks on enclosure 1ft3 per sub at rated power and suggested tuning. I am just curious if both set ups will work ok in the 99 burb. Not worried which is louder as Just going ported will be a increase from the escort plus two entry level 8's are close to the 10's.Just want pro and cons if any or what to look for. I only have what I seen in the forums to go on. Don't have a shop close enough for me to hear the sound from them. If they are muddy or clear so forth. Please don't make this a vs thread. If there was a better way to ask just clear it up for me.

I'm sorry guys if I asked it the wrong way. I'm not good at asking for help or questions. How about this way. No matter which sub I go with. Should I stay right on specks with either sub in this vehicle. Or is there something someone has found to work better.

for starters 1 net each is too big

the sa8 work best (I'm my option) in 0.6net each

how much power do you have,

and if you have 2net and price a big thing look at either a single 10 or 12" in that space

i love my sa8's and the braging rights i get with them, but they do come at a price

myself, list the space you have to use and the distance that space is from any walls,

amp you have?

elect system to support it?

music you like

and what you want to active with the system?

and if you have nothing and are starting from scratch you budget, and the budget that is if all else fails,

The dimensions will be tight for 12's to work and 10's are questionable. The way it needs to be set up is box right behind the third row seat. If I go with the entry level it will be 300 watts each. If I go with sa's it will be rated unless different power is suggested. The music is all of it. The sub section is the only unclear part of this build. I want the 8's which ones unclear this is why I asked this thinned iced question. As stated before both are better than what we have in the escort. It's just if both will be ok in this vehicle. Here is the box measurements I am having trouble with the port big time. I will do 3 subs back and port back. Was looking at port at each end or one across the bottom either way unable to get the port area right for 35-37 tuning. Any input is helpful. Each sub will get .69 this way.

Get a lot more port per cube. You're at 4.37 sq inches per foot. You wanna be around 14.

Sorry, I only read your last post with the torres screenie. Hmm. Is an external port possible?

Lol. Trying to be careful with the way I say things and getting confused doing it. I don't know about a external port. Would doing two slot ports make any difference or round ports?

Will this work for the 8's each will have .61ft3 per sub. The box will be set up with the subs forward and the port will be on the backside of the box running the length of it.
