Build delayed again

I am now looking at my 4th transmission in 2yrs. The chevy 4l60e automatic transmission is a pile of junk. stock tranny died at 170k milles, then I was crazy enough to try a monster transmission (the ones seen on the Speed channel), the first one literally exploded tacking a chunk of the case with it. the second (replacement) monster tranny stopped going forward after 6 months. So I tried a local tranny builder and that tranny has lasted 9months. the company is now being shut down for bad business practices by the state so no warranty there. So now the plan is to do a swap to a manual transmission.

strapping 2 amps together ? like bolting them next together? using bungy cables to hold them down? or wiring separate amps to each sub

I have never done this conversion, but several people have said it's not to bad and can be done in a weekend. I think a manual will make the truck more fun. crate 350, headers, full dual exhaust, Posi 4:10's, 2002 LS computer for better tuning.
