So..........is this gonna work????????????who knows...But i think itll be ok........

After I drilled a shitload of holes in the urithane....(as you would on plastic)

I sanded the shit out of the urithane with 36 grit...to create all those little "plastic hairs" I then went over the whole thing with a wire wheel to really chew up the urithane...then I mixed up a Thick paste...from Resin and Milled fibers...Mopped the shit out of both parts....and put them together....temporarily using self tapping screws...

once the 2 sides were positioned....and screwed down....I went over the whole thing where urithane makes contact with fiberglass...........and just riveted the hell out of it....sinking the rivits with my grinder

Halogen light....behind the kit....so i can see the line ,,,,where the urithane ends...

So this whole shebang will be removable/re-install in the same fashion you would the OEM bumper, only this one looks way cooler and is gonna hang lower to give the ride a lower "stance" from profile and front/rear view....correct?

Too bad the body shop guys still prolly wouldn't know what the hell they were lookin at unless you had "body kit 101" under the car for a day or 2....

Nice idea riviting, then grinding the heads flush. Pimpin idea.

And I'm still waitin for the "foam" to start flying.
