On the very top edges(where it butts up to the car)

the urathane is still exposed....I took the grinder and a flapdisc... and ground the urathane lowbecause i will be wrapping this top edge in glass as well....

ok.....now to that...hmmmmm....wrap that urathan...with glass...and make sure its ROCK SOLID...

I think i can do it.......

some of my "Bonding urathane to glass---tools"

Drilled a bunch of holes.....countersunk them.....chewed it up with the wire wheel........and sanded with 36 grit

Now instead of mopping---just resin into the holes....I added Milled fibers to the resin....then mopped it in all the holes scratches.....and cuts

You can see I also made a bunch of slits....with the dremel and a cutoff wheel...
