sencheezy
Any audible difference? Care to share your personal thoughts on all the recent changes made? Although, this isn't the finish product, would still be curious on your thoughts thus far, after fireing her up again. 165db with 237 DC Volts 6 15" SSA Evils 3 HV Taramps T60k @.33 18 XS Power D3400s Add me on SC, FB, IG, and YT @ Sencheezy
Pioneer~Saturn
It's pretty much the same, audibly, as before the finishing work that I just put in...possibly just a hair louder since everything's sealed solidly @ the b-pillar but that could all be in my head. It definitely comes to life at 26-28hz *flap flap* ...iirc the low note in the 2nd vid is 25 or 26hz. Can't wait to get a third m3a in there, more battery and get the 2nd alternator back in...going to salvage my 250a mechman out of my daily truck (which is going bye-bye) to put in the AC-position so I should be rocking the 225a mechman that I already have plus this 250a, should be pretty solid along with the battery additions Lots more to do Team Tupperware <First dual-alternator 'real' Saturn (pre-2002) on the planet>(3) 15" Fi SP4's fed by (2) M3a's strapped @ .66712.75 cubes net @ 25Hz with 200 sq inches of port area (lowz...?)Stock alt position (custom bracket) 225 amp Mechman Roof = steel and fiberglass (u mad?)(2) XS Power D3100's, (2) rhino batts, No battery upfront (for now, smh)4 power+ 4 ground runs of 1/0-gauge to rear"If its been done before...you're doing it wrong" : ) "stfu about scores and float $hit..." Pioneer~Saturn
Thanks man, I really am happy with the sound of it, just what I like...really excels once you get below 33hz and stuff really starts lighting up in the mid 20's, lovin it. May have some videos after this saturday, may make the trip to indy for the 5 and Dime car show...if weather is looking bad idk if I'll make the trip Team Tupperware <First dual-alternator 'real' Saturn (pre-2002) on the planet>(3) 15" Fi SP4's fed by (2) M3a's strapped @ .66712.75 cubes net @ 25Hz with 200 sq inches of port area (lowz...?)Stock alt position (custom bracket) 225 amp Mechman Roof = steel and fiberglass (u mad?)(2) XS Power D3100's, (2) rhino batts, No battery upfront (for now, smh)4 power+ 4 ground runs of 1/0-gauge to rear"If its been done before...you're doing it wrong" : ) "stfu about scores and float $hit..." Pioneer~Saturn
Looks like the trip's going to be called off for the satty, just not worth the miles at this point...once it's more complete I'll try to make more shows but in it's current state the miles just arent worth it. SLYentist
you are still the first, but no longer the only dual-alt 'real' saturn around these parts... Cables and wires almost never fail; the terminations do.
Pioneer~Saturn
Yea, I suppose I could change that Team Tupperware <First dual-alternator 'real' Saturn (pre-2002) on the planet>(3) 15" Fi SP4's fed by (2) M3a's strapped @ .66712.75 cubes net @ 25Hz with 200 sq inches of port area (lowz...?)Stock alt position (custom bracket) 225 amp Mechman Roof = steel and fiberglass (u mad?)(2) XS Power D3100's, (2) rhino batts, No battery upfront (for now, smh)4 power+ 4 ground runs of 1/0-gauge to rear"If its been done before...you're doing it wrong" : ) "stfu about scores and float $hit..." Pioneer~Saturn
So...found bass-damage yesterday while replacing my 8-yr-old Pioneer 6.5" REV-series comps (with a bnib pair from 8 years ago when I bought them )...both front doors exterior panels had multiple mounting points torn from the panel and just flapping....had to throw a couple screws in...next year/this winter the doors will be beefed up ^Tear @ one of the door mounting points slowly making it's way up.
