Bump4life Posted October 23, 2012 Report Posted October 23, 2012 so my buddy bought a DD9515 last week. looks like this D.7 coils with a carbon cap. 360 shipped on ebay!!! what a deal. he then put it on my M1c I was using, which is now his. this pounds!! here are some videos of it in action at .35ohms. no electrical upgrades except big 3 plus 3 grounds in KNU OFC 4gauge. stock battery. do not try this at home!!!! THis is stupid. I don't want to see anyone using this as support to wire low. We gradually eased into it and it held. I don't know how. but in my friends 1992 accord, it is crazy. it works. I do not reccommend wiring this low to anyone. had to throw in the disclaimer. ahah enjoy. little camera distortion. this thing is loud. I cant wait to put an electrical system behind this amp and some highs!! Are you planning on leaving it at .35 ohms? im not sure if we will leave it at .35 ohms. the amp really does not get hot, im guessing box rise is crazy. but we are in process of ordering everything to upgrade electrical, then from that point we will see waht sounds best, which is loudest, and which is easiest on equipment. the plan down the road is to strap 2 m1c to this so each amp sees .7 ohms which is a lot safer ahha. The newest series DD amps put out some serious power!! Got rid of everything in my sig, probably going to wait till next year when I get a nice 4 door truck. Maybe put a wall in it or something. New build coming soon..
