And I changed it on the 0666 number (my number) and they had it registered as the 0911 number (my dads number) so I called to get it changed because I got charged $50 for going over. I swear on my life I changed it on the 0666 online, and they're saying it was changed on the 0911 number, they wont' credit my account and they hung up on me for no reason. What the hell do I do? This is fucking retarded, what happened to the customer is always right, you can clearly see on the bill that my dad doesnt use text messaging he used NO TEXT MESSAGES last month, I used 725 though, common sense would be to switch it over and give me my fucking money back.
