Basically he bought an alt from EA and was damage is shipping and had a problem, so he returned it to have it fixed, but it did the samething when he got it back. Sent it back a 2nd time but still had the same problem when he got it back again. EA made claims that nothing was wrong with it but he still has problems. I don't put images in my signature to let people know I mean business.

It's worth reading. **Basically EA screwed him on his alternator and won't help him anymore** You missed the first post part. So talked to people throughout the world... Basically he talked to you? You repping tenny alts and posting on this thread looks bad. So flickering goes away when he bypassed the ignition wire. If you're installing an alt, you should know these trouble shooting steps. If not, don't fawk with it. Period, end of story. Kinda like the alt I got, made for another car, I just needed to know how to wire it in properly. there's no pics or videos. jeepbanging Posted October 28, 2012 Author Report Posted October 28, 2012 LIsten... this alternator Was clamped BY MECHMAN AT THERE SHOP ! 2 times once before I shipped it. And the last time I got it back. It was wired to a relay also with the 12v Constant going directly to the battery instead of the ignition wire. It still did the same thing.

The final straw was when it overheated during regular vehicle usage (system off, just driving normally) on my way to school and left me stranded. Their tech support refused to help me figure out the problem, even after I offered to PAY for their help! Some companies just don't seem to know what good customer service is these days.
