I just shipped my Avy back to the states today and also started designing my next box. Maybe I missed it but WTH is going into COCO? OP what is your box tuned at? Everybody I know that has done good numbers in our truck has done them under 40hz. I didn't break a 152 legal until I got my tuning down below 40. If you can adjust tuning it will help you find the right tuning. I had a 1996 Impala SS that I sold and thats the only reason I had to pay to get the Avy here.
