Then I had to recess the plexi some on the box and then repeat it on the trim panels. Not too bad of a straight line free hand with the router. Designing, building, and shipping boxes. I mean the first minute is ok but that thing just really starts digging deeper and deeper in your earhole till you cant stand it no more. Seems like it does it with relative ease....16 12's on 8 amps.........gotta love it.

It took 4 different bits to slowly open up each hole without breaking the plexi. Then I'm using zee nuts to bot to the back side of the box. Designing, building, and shipping boxes.
