Yes one strand from amp to inside box. Neg on one coil with jumper to positive on the other and positive on other coil to neg on other. 1.4 on my dual 1ohm

um, dual 1 sub can only parallel = .5 , or series = 2 ohms

but put a dmm at the amp and see what it sees when off

If I read that right, I think he has it in parrellel but instead of pos to pos he has it pos to neg

i'd still check with a multimeter.
