Joe X
On those dimensions you would need to have the sub firing upwards and really near the trunk lid which is likely the worse possible configuration, besides that, you would have about 3 cubes net ported, which is the tightest spec kicker lists (6 cubic feet being their maximum), I don't think that you will easily meet your goals in those conditions. ThreehundredC
i got the wood today. its cut to 31.5 wide by 24 deep. 17 high.. the back is about 7-8inches from the back of the trunk .. the 300 has a bump on the rear deck so it wont push against the seat unless i cut the corner off or slant the top down. the big 8inch hole is almost touching the top of the box so i wanted it to fire thru there insted of back..JOE! Joe X
If you do have 31.5 wide, 24 deep 17 high then I would suggest doing this: Enclosure Specifications: Fb = 32 Hz Vb = 4.5 ft^3 External Height = 17 in External Width = 31.5 in External Depth = 24 in Port Width = 3 3/4 in Cut Sheet List: * All Dimensions in Inches. * Wood Thickness is 3/4 for all Parts. External Enclosure Parts: Front = 27 x 15 1/2 Front Internal = 25 1/2 x 15 1/2 Back = 31 1/2 x 15 1/2 Left & Right Sides: Side 1 = 22 1/2 x 15 1/2 Side 2 = 23 1/4 x 15 1/2 Top & Bottom = 31 1/2 x 24 L Port Internal Assembly Parts: Front to Back = 18 3/4 x 15 1/2 Extension = 2 x 15 1/2 Assembly guide:
