BEEMDUB
So I never have used an EQ in my car, I've been using two pac LC1's to control my subs and the front stage of my mids and highs..I just ordered a Cadence CEQ-773 from sonic and I guess the biggest question I have is this.. I would like to configure my setup so that I can turn down my Mids and highs but still have my subs up all the way. Kinda like I used to do where I had my fronts and rears both split off of one LC1 so that I could turn the h/u up all the way and have my subs full tilt but my mids and highs lower. Do you guys get what I'm sayin?

CHEVY4X4BLAZER
I say use the lc-1 on your highs and use the subwoofer volume control from the eq for the sub. I haven't used that eq so I'm not sure if it will cut off all mids/highs like the lc-1 can.

I guess I'll just have to wait and see what I'm just trying to figure out if those two knobs on the eq are like individual gains or if the sub is tied to the other one. BEEMDUB
ok lemme make this a little more simpler....If I have the volume on the eq down and the subwoofer level up will the subs still play full tilt and the mids and highs be attenuated?
